Some candidates and clients would rather text than take a call. When those texts sit on your personal phone, they never reach the record, your team can't see them, and it's hard to show who agreed to hear from you.

The Solution

identifyd lets you text candidates and clients one to one from your own texting number, through Twilio. You text only people who signed up themselves on your account's sign-up page, and only at the number they agreed to. The Text tile on a prospect's record opens the conversation, and the Texts page lists every conversation, unread first.

Frequently asked questions

Who can I text?

Only people who signed up for texts themselves on your account's sign-up page, by ticking a box that's never pre-ticked. You can't sign someone up, and neither can an import or the AI. A text goes only to the number they agreed to.

How do I invite someone to sign up?

Copy their personal sign-up link from their record, or put the sign-up link merge field in an email so each person gets their own.

What happens when someone texts STOP?

They're opted out right away, and texting START signs them back up. If someone asks to opt out another way, you can record that yourself.

Can I send bulk texts or text sequences?

No. There are no bulk texts and no text sequences. Texting in identifyd is one to one.

Which plans include texting?

Starter, Growth and Scale. Test Drive doesn't include texting. US carriers require a registered texting campaign (A2P 10DLC), so texting goes live for an account once its campaign is approved and its sign-up page is live.
